1. Registration & Security
Create an account and log in. To connect exchange keys and trade, you have to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in the settings.
2. Connecting to Exchange
CCXT Terminal connects to your exchange account via its keys. Key types and settings depend on the exchange:
Binance: Uses API keys. You need to enable trading and IP permissions when creating the keys.
Hyperliquid: Uses a private key. Unified mode is recommended.
Note: To display your balance in the terminal, ensure your funds are transferred to the correct trading wallet.
3. Interface Navigation
The start screen depends on your platform:
Web: You enter a Workspace containing customizable widgets, the DOM, Chart, Watchlist, Balance, Positions, Orders and Trades.
4. Trading
Your watchlists and trading data are automatically synchronized across all platforms.
Select a pair: Tap a ticker in your Watchlist or Screener.
Set your volume: Use the amount picker in the trading panel to define your order size.
To place a Limit Order, tap the desired price level in the order book.
To place a Market Order, use the Buy Mkt or Sell Mkt buttons in the trading panel.
Manage: Track your open position in DOM and the Positions tab. Use the buttons "Flatten All" or "Close All" to close by market.
