You can enter your API key to connect your exchange account to CCXT Terminal, and view your balances and place orders without logging into your exchange. Enabling 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is required before adding API keys.
Creating an API Key on Bybit

Click Create New Key and choose System-generated API Keys.
Set the key type to API Transaction.
Enter a name for your key in the API Key Remark field.
Under API Key Permissions, select Read-Write.
Enable trading permissions, typically, all under Unified Trading. Keep withdrawals disabled.
Complete the security verification.
Copy both the API Key and Secret Key.
Store them securely and never reveal them to anyone.

Managing Multiple Keys
CCXT Terminal supports multiple API keys for a single exchange. Connected keys are listed inside the Balance section.
Main Key: The app routes orders through one active key at a time. The first key you connect becomes the main key by default.
Switching Keys: Change your active key by opening the context menu or list icon next to the desired key and selecting Set as Main.
Deleting Keys: Remove a key using the context menu. Disconnecting the primary key automatically designates the next oldest key as the main key.
