For effective monitoring of trading pairs, the CCXT Terminal offers two main screens — Screener and Watchlist.
Screener
This is the main screen for global market monitoring. It provides a comprehensive overview of available exchange pairs along with their current pricing and 24-hour performance.
Use it to sort tickers by preferred parameters. Search results also display the market type and trading volume. Tapping a symbol in the Screener tab opens the pair.
Screener Filters
To help you find trading opportunities faster, the Screener features advanced ticker filters. You can filter pairs based on the multiple parameters simultaneously.
Quote Currency, Exchange and Type: Narrow market listings using multi-select criteria (e.g., USDT Spot pairs across selected venues).
Numerical Parameters: Filter pairs by Price, % Price Change (24h), or Trade Volume ($, 24h). For each parameter, apply boundary sorting conditions: above (>x), below (<x), between (x to y), or outside (<x, >y).
Your preferred sorting direction on the Screener is automatically saved and will persist after relaunching the app.
Watchlist
A personalized section containing your saved pairs. Use this to track specific tickers.
Adding Pairs (iOS): Tap the + button to open the Screener search in a bottom sheet, find pairs, and add them directly to the active watchlist.
Sorting: Sort the list by Price, Change %, Color or Trade Volume in USD. In iOS app, tap a column header again to toggle between ascending and descending order.
Editing: Reorder saved pairs by dragging tickers into place. Long-press a ticker on mobile or click and hold on Web to move the row. Long-press a ticker (mobile) or right-click it (Web) to open the context menu.
Navigation: In mobile apps, tapping a ticker in your watchlist opens the pair screen containing the DOM, Chart, Alerts and trading tabs. In the web version, it changes the pair linked to watchlist’s group.
Quick Pair Switching (iOS)
On a pair screen, tap the pair name in the dashboard to switch markets without leaving your current screen. A bottom sheet opens with a search bar and two views:
Screener: Displays global pair listings with active Screener filters.
Watchlist: Displays your saved pairs for quick selection.
